WARRANTY

303 Furniture, Inc (“Company”) warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the limitations below. This warranty is made by Company only to original end user customers acquiring the product from authorized dealers. This warranty shall not apply if products are used as rentals. The customer’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Company’s option. Consent from Company required before any warranty work is performed. 

This warranty shall not apply to any products which require replacement due to normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or accident, shipping damage, improper installation, or product use other than in accordance with written instructions and warnings. It will also not apply if a product has been modified, altered, repaired, or refurbished by someone other than Company. Freight or Labor are not covered by this warranty. 

Company cannot warrant that its products are suitable for any particular purpose nor can Company make any other warranties, express or implied. Company shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damages, including but not limited to: direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary. 

Warranty Period: 

Height Adjustable Bases - 5-year warranty for the frame, motor, and other mechanisms, and a 3-year warranty for the controller and switch, electronics. This warranty is based on the Height Adjustable Bases being used in an eight (8) hour workday and when the appropriate weight capacity has been followed.
